Michelle Rashad

We are thrilled to have Michelle Rashad, the Executive Administrative Assistant to Dr. Jessica Brown, Vice President for Student Affairs and Athletics. Michelle also provides a significant amount of administrative support to the Student Affairs & Athletics division.

With a wealth of administrative expertise garnered over several years in the banking and human resources sectors, Michelle most recently served as a Retention Specialist at AT&T. 

Michelle's educational background includes studies in Corporate Communications at Northern Illinois University and, more recently, Human Resources Management at Lewis University. Michelle is expected to graduate with a degree in Human Resource Management from North Central College in 2025. Michelle has spent most of her childhood in Naperville, IL. She remains eager to reconnecting with the community and becoming an integral part of serving students.
